Xiomar Luna (They/He) is a cartoonist, zine maker, and educator who occasionally experiments with print making, painting, and jewelry making. Originally from South Bend, Indiana, they graduated from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design in 2012 with their BFA in Comic Art. They were a founding member of the (now disbanded) Plus Dog Collective, and were one half of the team behind the comic, “Collision Course”.
Xiomar is an Aquarius Sun, Leo Moon, Capricorn rising whose work centers trans/ queer experiences and things that are otherworldly. They love punk rock, astrology, anime, plants, singing, sparkles, rummaging thru vintage/thrift stores, and learning more about queer history.
